After many years of discussions concerning improvements to the Chapter House at 633 West Lake, your Association Board recently selected a successful contractor for the renovation work to begin as soon as possible in order to be complete in time for the Fall 2008 academic semester. Funded largely through the sale of a 30’ easement on the West side of the 633 West Lake property, improvements will include new flooring, ceiling, and fixtures on the main floor as well as upgrades to the shower facilities upstairs. Member rooms will also be improved to better fit today's student needs.
